RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


Return & Exchange


We attempt to make sure that each transaction that you have with us is flawless.


Hence, we take great care in adhering to the highest quality standards.


We therefore follow a 5 day return policy. The return request shall be accepted within 5 days after the delivery date.


The refund request shall be processed within 2 days after the return item has been received.


We do exchange sizes in case of a discrepancy, with an appropriate shipping charge as applicable. A request for exchange has to be made within 48 hours of delivery.


Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of products


We encourage our customers to check the ordered items and quantity in the receipt, before accepting the shipment from the logistic service provider.


If there is any discrepancy found, or damage to the package is noticed, please leave an appropriate comment on the receipt of the logistic service provider before accepting the delivery of the items.


If the item is with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item has been received, please email us on zaffrethestore@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the items. Your email should contain comprehensive details alongside pictures of the defects/grievances of the item delivered to you.


Your purchase is qualified for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:


* An incorrect item has been delivered to you for example the item doesn't match the product in the order confirmation email.

* If the item you get has a genuine quality/manufacturing fault.


If your purchase meets our exchange criteria mentioned above, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of shipping with all the following information:


* Order number

* Delivery address

* Specify the reason for return and also in the event of faulty or wrong items, please send us a picture of the product.

Our quality check team will confirm the manufacturing defects, after which our team will email or contact you for the essential action. The item must be received within 10 days from the date of the information by our Client Service Department. Please make certain that the product that you return is fresh, unworn and the original tags are undamaged.


Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address


We cannot provide refunds if we've been given a wrong or incomplete shipping address, or if there are two unsuccessful delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the package has been refused by the receiver.


Colors


We've made every effort to show the colours of the products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer screens, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot ensure that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.


Alteration Request


Please refer to the size chart before making a purchase, and in case you are uncertain about your size, do write to us at zaffrethestore@gmail.com for any customisation or queries.


If you would like an alteration in the garments that you have purchased, you'll need to go through the next steps:


* Write to us at zaffrethestore@gmail.com to raise an alteration request citing the alternation required.

* Courier the garment to us at Zaffre, F-27, Ramesh Marg, C-scheme, Jaipur 302001.

* When the fresh product is received at our end, we'll be delighted to change it to your preferred size.

* Please note, additional courier costs involved will be borne at your end.


Cancellation Policy


No cancellations will be accepted after the order is placed.
